Vanuatu Island

The whole world is an art gallery when you're mindful. There are beautiful things everywhere and they're free.

- Charles Tart -

Explore a remote and particularly unknown archipelago in the Pacific Ocean, where the preservation of cultures, environments, and endangered species plays a vital role. The Vanuatu Islands are made up of about 80 islands that stretch over 1 300 kilometres. Its nearest neighbour is the Solomon Island, just over 170 kilometres to the north. With very limited developments and a minimal population, exploration by yacht offers unforgettable memories in the uttermost comfort and splendour in this undiscovered archipelago.

Pronounced Van-Wah-too, Vanuatu means "Our Land" – the word for Land (Vanua, fanua or fenua) is one of the common Pacific words. The country's people are called Ni-Vanuatu meaning “Of Vanuatu”. In many ways it is the Ni-Vanuatu who make a visit to the country special, once that their warmth and friendliness are genuine and infectious.
