Pacific Yellowfin is a historical yacht from 1943. This classic wooden boat has led an exciting life from spy ship to research vessel to houseboat. She has been refitted in 2003 with enough modern amenities to ensure maximum comfort without sacrificing its classic nautical style or the pervading sense of tradition and history, she is really made for fun and exploration. Based on the ancient wilderness of British Columbia, you will be more than ready to explore the sharp granite peaks of the Coast Mountains, forest-covered islands and majestic fjords of stunning Desolation Sound and Great Bear Rainforest.  Follow nature’s schedule and sail alongside killer whales, the mighty humpback, sea lions and magnificent bald eagles. Endeavour daily small boat excursions that bring you deep into the rainforest’s wild beauty. Trek through the Inside Passage into the wild of the Great Bear Rainforest and take a guided trek through the forest that houses the notorious grizzly, black bear and the enchanted spirit bear. Kayak through remote fjords hugging the shoreline. Visit historic First Nations cultural sites and tour remote villages.


Together with the amazing crew onboard experience how it is to harvest your own clams, prawns, oysters, and crabs for an epic seafood lunch on the beautiful coastlines or diner onboard.
