Mystery creates wonder and wonder is the basis of man's desire to understand.

- Neil Armstrong -

A journey to space truly transforms anyone’s perspective towards our beautiful blue planet. It can also allow us to explore new ways to solve current challenges on Earth.

When 4 non-professional, all-civilians crew, also known as INSPIRATION 4, were launched in the Dragon capsule from SpaceX, they orbited around the Earth with an altitude of 575 kilometres (357 miles), about 160 kilometres (100 miles) higher than the ISS. The orbit is even slightly higher than the location of the Hubble Space Telescope, which was last visited by a crew mission with the Space Shuttle in 2009. The Inspiration 4 mission opened the door for civilian space travel, and Voyages & Journeys is there to guide you through all the steps in becoming an astronaut.

During the training process, V&J will act as your personal mission management company taking care of all the planning, training, comms, and administration. We work closely with our guests to make the journey simple, and together with the launch providers we ensure smooth management. We see it as our own mission to have people and our planet benefiting from space travel as much as possible, and we see it as our responsibility to find ways to make these processes as simple and as cost-effective as possible.

With the progress of global spaceflight and our knowledge about the developments in the space industry and rideshare communities, we are able to provide neutral advice to individuals, governmental institutions, education programs and commercial organisations with the goal to improve our way of life on Earth, the updated technological advancements of space travel.

One of the most inspirational projects that we are proud to be part of is the Space Company Space Perspective. They really launched a new era in luxury and experiential travel. An experience that reimagines the thrill of space exploration with the world’s most radically gentle voyage to space. Space Explorers and travel adventurers looking to upgrade their bucket list can now savour a unique 360-degree view of our beautiful planet from 20 miles (30 km) above. Step aboard the Spaceship Neptune propelled by a state-of-the-art space balloon the size of a football stadium. You will enjoy this sensational experience from the latest comfort and the best reclining seats to soak in the 450-mile, 360-degree view. A six-hour journey of constant changing of dazzling views - an open call on dress, champagne and cocktails with epic onboard entertainment organised by the King of Miami, David Grutman. And, believe or not, there is also a bathroom onboard.

Become a Space Explorer and be part of history. Ascend from the launch pad at the iconic Kennedy Space Centre in Florida to soar above 99% of Earth's atmosphere in an awe- inspiring, two-hour journey of our planet's biosphere, from inside the comfortable capsule of Spaceship Neptune, with its vast viewing windows. Unlike the physically gruelling and eye wateringly expensive space rockets, there’s minimal preparation and no physical demands for guests. Spaceship Neptune rewrites the engineering playbook, as it doesn’t use rocket propulsion nor engender g-force acceleration. Experience a profoundly different perspective that is the most visceral reminder of how interconnected we are, not just with each other, but with all living organisms - boundaries and differences disappear. It’s a powerful, moving, and expansive perspective that enlightens the human consciousness, the quintessential astronaut experience.

Our atmosphere stretches for hundreds of miles into space. The perspective of looking down through atmospheric layers, framed by the thin blue line is - according to most astronauts who have experienced it - profoundly life-changing. This unique approach to space travel is also mindful of the environment, including zero-emission spaceflights that addresses the increased demand for more sustainable travel and experiences for both the affluent and those seeking to invest in a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
