Embora façamos o nosso melhor para ajudar a acomodar as alterações, não podemos garantir que seremos capazes de atender à solicitação. Pagamento: Estão disponíveis os seguintes métodos de pagamento: cartão de crédito ou transferência bancária. A Voyages & Journeys pode eleger o método de pagamento com base na experiência numa determinada região ou por qualquer outro motivo. O cliente deve ser informado sobre a forma de pagamento. O valor total recebido pelo nosso banco não deve ser inferior ao valor total da fatura final e pago na mesma moeda da fatura. Se enviar dinheiro por transferência bancária, deverá pagar todas as suas taxas envolvidas na transferência. Os documentos de viagem são emitidos após pagamento e comprovativo de pagamento. As reservas que não foram pagas nos prazos previstos ou em caso de suspeita de fraude podem ser canceladas. Em caso de suspeita de fraude com cartão de crédito, a Voyages & Journeys pode solicitar cópia do cartão de crédito utilizado e cópia do documento de identificação do usuário. Em caso de fraude, os serviços são cancelados automaticamente, mesmo que os documentos de viagem já tenham sido emitidos ou mesmo que a viagem e/ou estadia já tenha sido iniciado. 12. Seguro: É condição essencial que o cliente esteja totalmente seguro nos países onde os serviços serão prestados (incluindo os possíveis percursos intermédios desde à origem até ao destino). Informamos que o seguro deve incluir cuidados de saúde e repatriamento, incluindo operações de resgate para toda e qualquer actividade. As apólices devem também contemplar o cancelamento para o valor total da viagem e segurar bens pessoais (seja por roubo, dano ou perda). Antes da partida, podemos solicitar ao cliente prova de que tem seguro de viagem. À Voyages & Journeys reserva-se o direito de recusar a participação numa determinada viagem ou actividade se nenhuma prova de seguro adequado e válido for fornecida mediante solicitação. De salientar que, embora possamos solicitar provas de seguro activo, não verificaremos a adequação da(s) apólice(s) e não nos cabe a nós fazer quaisquer comentários em relação ao seguro contractado, sendo que o mesmo é da inteira responsabilidade do cliente. The ultimate must-do is the 20km Vallée Blanche, one of the most famous off-piste routes in the world. If you’re more of an intermediate, explore the blues around Le Tour, Les Houches and Brévent-Flégère. Legendary Chamonix should be on any ski or snowboard bucket list. Chamonix has an allure for the hard core & adventurous, with world renowned off-piste skiing and freeriding. Conservation and preservation of our biodiversity stands at the core of our ethos. With every great adventure or family vacation we design and carry out, we make sure local communities and conservation projects benefit from our journeys. With rising sea temperatures and increasing pollution threatening the health of the ocean, there is an urgent need for scientists to access some of the world’s most remote areas. Believe or not trash already accumulates in five ocean garbage patches, the largest one being the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, located between Hawaii and California. Floating plastics trapped in the patches will keep circulating until they break down into smaller and smaller pieces, becoming harder to clean up and increasingly easier to mistake for food by Sealife. If left to circulate, the plastic will impact our ecosystems, health, and economies for decades or even centuries.
