Eenmaal uit het water waren er emotioneel van. Vergeten In het vliegtuig naar Singapore heb ik een mijn paspoort in het vliegtuig laten liggen. Ik kwam er pas bij de paspoortcontrole achter. Er is ongetwijfeld een verschil in het bieden van kinderopvang en een stressvrije sfeer in de meest afgelegen en avontuurlijke omgevingen over de hele wereld, wat zich vertaalt in het feit dat mama en papa de welverdiende ontspannende tijd krijgen terwijl ze genieten van prachtige ervaringen die met de hand voor hen zijn gemaakt. Bhutan is een van 's werelds meest mysterieuze en onontdekte bestemmingen ter wereld. Unieke Avonturen Jacht Expedities Ontdek De Numinous Wie Zijn Wij EN PT NL Home - De Numinous - Skiën Dolce Vita-Manier van Skiën Oktober-2023 Behalve dat dit één van de favoriete skibestemmingen van onze oprichters is, keerde onze medeoprichter Jasper Sigon afgelopen Januari 2023 terug naar het geweldige skigebied Super Dolomiti. Samen met het geweldige team van het merk Alta Badia hebben we een gastronomische safari gecombineerd met episch skiën. Het volgende verhaal is door Jasper zelf geschreven om zijn eigen ervaringen te delen en je te inspireren voor het volgende seizoen. Na een verkwikkend ontbijt in onze accommodatie, het prachtige La Majun Hotel, verzamelden we de skiuitrusting om de berg in La Villa op te gaan. Na een goede warming-up bergafwaarts op de zwarte piste bij LaVila zijn we begonnen met skiën van de ene geweldige afdaling naar de andere, elk met ieder zijn eigen adembenemende uitzichten over de Dolomieten, van de ene hut naar de volgende om de nieuwe gerechten te proeven van lokale en internationaal gerenommeerde chef-koks, zoals Norbert Niederkofler (Executive Chef bij Restaurant St.Hubertus bij Hotel Rosa Alpina, 3 Michelin-sterren en 1 groene ster), en Simone Cantafio (Restaurant La Stüa de Michil bij Hotel La Perla, 1 Michelin-ster). Ze brachten werkelijk uitmuntende gerechten naar de hellingen van Alta Badia op een hoogte van 2.000 meter, geïnspireerd door de beste producten uit de regio en hun eigen filosofie in de keuken. Er werden ware kunstwerken gepresenteerd, niet alleen voor de smaakpapillen, maar ook voor het oog. Om het nog indrukwekkender te maken, creëerden de chef-koks hun gerechten met de nadruk op het verminderen van afval en het beschermen van onze planeet. Bovendien werd bij elk gerecht een Zuid-Tiroolse wijn geserveerd, uitgekozen door hun Zuid-Tiroolse sommelier. De volgende dag gingen we vroeg op pad en gingen we met een sneeuwscooter naar boven om te ontbijten op 2.000 meter hoogte in de Las Vegas lodge. Waar we getuige waren van de prachtige zons opkomst tegen het massief van de Dolomieten, dit was werkelijk een gedenkwaardig en uniek uitzicht. Daarna kregen we gezelschap van Damian Pallestrong, een lokale professionele slalom, alpine en langlaufer uit Alta Badia. Na een korte briefing begonnen we aan de Great War Ski Tour, die zich over 80 km uitstrekt, om enkele van de dramatische gebeurtenissen uit de Eerste Wereldoorlog (WWI) te ontdekken. We gingen naar Cortina d’Ampezzo om de Super 8 en de Cinque Torri lus te skiën, omringd door het prachtige uitzicht op de Col di Lana, de Tofana di Rozes, de Castelletto en de Col dei Bos. Damian legde ons de Italiaanse loopgraven uit de Eerste Wereldoorlog uit en liet ons zien hoe strategisch belangrijk de Dolomieten waren en nog steeds zijn. Wist je dat de technische term Alpineskiër afkomstig is uit de Ladinische cultuur? En vandaag de dag zijn het nog steeds geboren alpine-en langlaufers! Daarna gingen we naar het hart van de Dolomieten, één van de hoogste pieken in de regio Alta Badia, de berg Lagazuoi op 2.732 meter. Op weg naar boven met de kabelbaan konden we duidelijk de schutters gaten zien van de Italiaanse mijntunnel en het Tre Sassi Fort op de weg naar de Valparola pas. Toen we op de top aankwamen, sloegen we direct buiten de piste rechts af naar de Oostenrijkse opstelling Feldwache 4 (FW 4), de enige opstelling aan de frontlinie van de Eerste Wereldoorlog die allen op ski's kon worden bereikt. Het werd in de bergkam gegraven en door de Italianen Muraglia Rocciosa genoemd; een rotsmuur versterkt door de Oostenrijks-Hongaarse soldaten om het Lagazuoi-zadel te verdedigen. Deze opstelling is een tunnel die in de rots is gegraven met twee gepantserde opstellingen voor machinegeweren en twee schietgaten voor observatie van de gebieden Col dei Bos en Castelletto. Na deze verbluffende ervaring daalden we af naar de Armentarola-helling om verder te gaan met een van de meest verbluffende omgevingen van de Dolomieten. De volgende dag werden we vergezeld door het Alta Badia-team en was het tijd voor de “Sommelier op de pistes skitour”. Toen we uit de gondel stapten, ontmoetten we een skileraar en professionele sommelier. Na een korte routebeschrijving vertrokken we van de ene verstopte skihut op de pistes naar de andere skihut. Van top wijn tot top wijn, een echte wijn ski safari of in het Ladinisch, De dl Vin. Echt betoverend skiën op de hellingen van Alta Badia, gecombineerd met de kans om de beste wijnen van Zuid-Tirol te proeven in de meest opmerkelijke berghutten, zoals Ütia de Bioch, Club Moritzino, Ütia I Tablá, Ütia Las Vegas Lodge, Ütia Lé, Ütia Tamá en Ütia Pic Pré. Terwijl we genoten van onze wijnen konden we vanuit onze stoelen de Dolomieten bewonderen. De perfecte manier om een winterseizoen gewijd aan uitstekend skiën, eten en wijn in stijl te beginnen.
